Orders are received and processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends.

All orders are shipped from Orange Park, Florida Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS or USPS.

All other U.S. states: 2–8 business days
R&A Luxe is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Damaged Orders
In case your order arrives damaged, please provide:

Any visible damage or leaks

Photo documentation is required to file a replacement or refund claim.
We use protective packaging to minimize such incidents, but if it happens, reach out with images for fast support.
Wholesale Shipping
Shipping for bulk orders is calculated case-by-case based on volume and destination.
